Sent my resume in cold, got a call the next day inviting me to apply. This part was very pleasant, just a short chat with the principal and a tour of the school. Very easy - no situational questions asked. The paperwork HR wanted was insane, so much information is required before they make you an offer. When the offer did come through, it was incredibly low and excluded previously included benefits such as airfare and housing support*. Polite negotiation attempted but duly ignored, so I passed. Wouldn't recommend. *Friends at the school had these benefits so I know they had been excluded.
