Was referred by a friend and was offered an interview shortly after my resume was looked at. I feel like for an entry level position, if you know someone in the company they will at least interview you. Interview was pretty much based upon personality. They are able to teach you everything as a front desk agent.

Easy, and conversational. It did not seem like a typical interview. They just asked questions about me, and if I enjoyed talking with people. Only did 1 interview and was offered the job about 3 days after the interview.
really good, interesting questions and good atmosphere. managers seem to be interested in getting to know us and finding out if we are a good fit for the job. all staff were smiling

At the beginning, it very exciting and hopeful. I had gone thru two rounds of interviews and was told the next step was meeting the General Managers. I followed up for weeks and received no response. Weeks later, I was told the position was internally filled
