I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kilwin's Chocolates (Lake Worth, FL) in Sept 2014
Interview
Got application online and handed in person to the store location. Interview process was simple and brief due to the need of help. Simple questions asked, mainly was just given an overview of what the job consisted of and what the employees were expected of.

Interview
Very simple. Easy going. Laughed and talked about the background of the company. What I'd be doing and how I would be handling tasks. That there are many different personalities but the customer must leave satisfied and welcomed again.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kilwin's Chocolates (Grand Rapids, MI) in Jun 2015
Interview
I had been in contact with the owner a while before I got the interview because I was living in a different state and really wanted a summer job there instead of returning to the job I'd previously held. After calling a lot I was told to come in for an interview when I returned to my state. The owners were about 20 minutes late to the interview but they're pretty great. It was summer so we sat outside. They asked me some questions about previous experience and availability. I was offered a job at the end.
