First the got my cv from naukari.com . then consultancy recruiting HR called me for interview.
There it took 3 rounds. First one was written test. Then two face to face interviews.
Got cleared with test. And then appeared for technical first round interview. Few technical quest. then directly sent me to HR for salary n contract discussion.

They had provided me single status. So they asked me to perform all necessary VISA procedure for my family by my own expense

Interview
I got an circulating email from a friend stating that Kencana HL is looking for project engineer, contract engineer and etc. Dur to my likeness towards project engineer therefore I applied for that position during one weekend. It didn't take long for them to contact me for an interview appointment. .. And so I went.
Kencana HL is a subsidiary of Kencana Petroleum a publicly listed company which is one of the biggest rig fabricator in malaysia or I'll say SEA.
The interview process wasn't difficult at all as they main assessment was based on whether a candidate could really speak out their mind and make logical reasoning. And Just in case if one really wants to work for this company, you really have to express it outright you keen interest or else they wouldn't waste a second to carry on the interview.
Try to beef up on your explanation pertaining to your resume if asked and just prepare like any normal interview will do the job .
