I applied online for a help desk position and got a call back after a couple days. Had a phone interview which consisted of a few basic questions. Had to do an online skills test. They had me fill out a bunch of forms which took a little time but it wasn't too bad.

Interview
Helping with tech support, it was a desk job at a big company. You acted as an agent for the company and the company had no risk because they could request someone new if they did not like you. Overall the commute with the biggest issue with me, and I did not think it was worth it, so I did not take the job. The office was nice and my interviewer was nice too, made the process very simple. They dragged their feet a little bit and it took more time than it should have.
