The interview process is either short and sweet or you can ask the team leader as many questions as you can. Interviewing at Keller Williams is not about what they ask you but what you ask of them and their structure of their business model.

There were many people to meet and the interview process was lengthy. They are curious about your own aspirations and goal setting as well as previous experience.
There were multiple interviews and each one was very long.
It was very relaxed, and it was a great experience for any new time realtor. Id recommend being prepared and knowing the questions you can to ask too. They like when you interact and ask about their company
Easy and laid back. They want you, you do the interviewing. Kinda strange but you hold the chips. Interview with more than one company if you can and make the best decision for you and your family. It is more about who you go into business with.
