They give a phone interview, then an in person interview and if you pass you do what's called "Taste of the job" where you try out working at the place if you like it or not.

Question 1
They usually ask the "Tell me about yourself" question
They called me before my interview to ask me a few questions. Then they scheduled an interview with me the next day. The interview was in an office-type location. I met with the interviewer and they were really friendly and down to earth. The questions that were asked were kinda similar to what I had prepared for, but there were a few where I wasn't sure exactly what to answer. All in all, it was a pretty easy and friendly interview
