Interview
It starts with the initial application screening, then you're given a set of case studies which you present to the panel and then answer a few questions. After which, there's a final interview with the team to make a decision.

Question 1
Questions were unique to the case study and my experience.
Coffee interview then meet the team. Both were in person. The coffee was with the managing director as I was recommended internally. Then when I met the team it was at their office and they were kind enough to give me an office tour.
The interview process involved 3–4 rounds, including conversations with HR, the direct manager, and senior leadership. However, the assignment felt overly complex, with expectations that were too high, tedious, and somewhat unrealistic for a candidate assessment.
