The process started with the HR giving a very detailed brief up of their company. There were three rounds starting with a case study and two technical rounds. They test your knowledge in statistics, modelling, business understanding of your work and thoroughly test your application of logic and general thinking. The case study was challenging owing to the time constraints and also the data is extremely tricky to crack. They are extremely friendly and probably one of the only interviews where I was smiling and having fun interacting with the panel. They ensure you are well informed of the role, the expectations and most importantly, the company's vision.
