Applied online then received an interview invite from the restaurant manager a few weeks later. Very casual setting at one of the tables in the restaurant, very chill interviewer. Got a call about 5 days later offering employment. Super quick and easy process.
Group interview very easy lasted around 30 minutes, talk at least once and look happy. Mini assessment at the end of interview talking about how to prep chicken health safety stuff very easy.
Pretty seamless. I sat down with the manager, they asked for my availability (days and hours) and to fill out a questionnaire and I was hired. They didn't really look at my resume in person.
It was a casual, instore interview. There was a few questions mostly situation based. It would help preparing for these types of questions.
The interview wasn't long it was around 15-20 minutes long.
