Applied online, sent an email for the assessment which is about 50 minutes long, the store manager emailed me a week later requesting me to come in for an interview, interview lasted 20 minutes consisting of situational questions and basic interview questions, and my second interview will be soon with the district manager

What would you do if you and a team member were working together and a customer arrives in the store? How would you approach the customer to make a sale?

Interview
The store manager was very polite, he introduced himself and made sure to let me know from the beginning that the T-Mobile store I was interviewing at was actually privately owned by KCI. He walked me through how their commission works, the hourly pay, the hours, and made sure to tell me that there was growth potential within the company.

very simple interview was a group interview there was about about 10 people we played in games, talked in groups, sale tactics, went over the company, product, pay, and commission. Hired pretty fast but training is required and you are paid once training is done
