Interview process included an assignment, 2 behavioral interviews and a sales role play. Be sure to be prepared and know about the company and what they do for the role play portion
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Justworks
Interview
1st step: Phone call from recruiter - 30-45 mins.
2nd step: Written assignment/test.
3rd step: 1st: 30 min Zoom interview then a 2nd: 30-45 Zoom interview using the STAR method.
4th step: WHAT THEY DONT TELL YOU!!
Role Play - be prepared to use the Value Selling method during the role play. Should last between 10-15 mins. They’ll tell you what not to say/use/reference … (which will confuse you)
5th step: (Would be another Zoom interview or two if you aren’t rejected,)
All-in-all a month in a half and hours upon hours of prep…
TIPS: Don’t over prepare bc whelp in the end they’ll call you out for it.
Just be yourself they say - until one of the interviewers patronizes you… At this point, you kindly ask your last question and go on with your day.
(In my experience these examples are easier to obtain than a job offer/or next round of interviews from this company: obtaining a govt clearance, obtaining a White House guest pass, obtaining an exclusive party invite at a World Series winning baseball coach’s house, working for a Stanley Cup winning hockey player, working for a viral TikTok influencer, sneaking a peek at new Apple devices, flying in a private jet, obtaining a reservation at Carbone, etc…)
Just know when they say *casual* environment, they mean just that. Cross your fingers that your interviewers don’t look like slobs drink, burp, and yawn continuously through your interviews…
Good luck!

Interview
Interview process was organized and easy. Very straightforward with a sales exercise on site which they help you through. They explain their sales training program and have you meet with three people on site.
