Salary requirement, only because it was in a field I'm not used to working in.
Fairly incompetent hiring manager, I had to remind them multiple times to schedule interviews AFTER they had initially reached out to me. Four rounds of interviews, all went well - then they ghosted me. No responses to my follow-ups, nothing. Extremely unprofessional experience.
