Interview
There are two sets of interviews.
1. With the HR Manager
2. 4 back to back meetings with the team's Senior Analyst, Manager, Director, and VP.
It is 30 minutes with each person but done in one continuous 2 hour meeting on a 1 on 1 basis.

Question 1
The questions range from what is your experience and level of knowledge of investments and financial theory. The questions then turn into behavioral questions then focus on the candidate's ability to care a conversation to see if they are personable.
