I applied online. I interviewed at Jimmy John's (Temecula, CA) in Feb 2020
Interview
its fast and thorough. It only takes less than a month to go through. You drive and make food and do customer service. You get tips and dmr. overall it is a decent job for kids and young adults trying to make money for college.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Jimmy John's (Irvine, CA)
Interview
Simple and concise interview. Focused on value for company. Enjoyed process. It was when a job was needed between finishing high school and moving on to University. It was a fun culture.
Standard process for an interview, google common questions! Be able to explain why you’re interested in the role! They might asked about your schedule if you’re in school. Really great environment!
No real interview I showed up and they were in need of help. They just made sure my driving record was clean and I passed a background check. Great first job, cool people, it’s always a different experience whichever jimmys you choose
