Its a graduate program so very intensive competition but the questions are not that hard as an experienced level interview. Went through 2 rounds of interviews till superday. Overall the process is very smooth.

superday with three groups. two were just asking for group fit while one group (MD and Ds) are asking accounting related questions
Don't waste your time, they conduct the interviews for KPI purpose only, and they will ghost everyone after final round and the position will always go to internal employees. Very unprofessional.
