Submit application, then complete product and strategy online exam. Tests logical reasoning, so there's no real way to prepare. Just give yourself ample time to answer everything. After passing the online exam, you're invited to an interview over video call. An analyst will give you a very vague case question to answer, and you will spend the rest of the call explaining your reasoning/answer.

I have only done the hackerank so far and got a first round. From my research, the interview process can consist of 1-2 Zoom interviews before an in person superday which typically consists of math (business case), technical, and a behavioral round.
