You are required to take a lot of tax classes on site or on line. Very time consuming and you have to be very motivated to learn. You are tested on all the modules.

There is a huge amount of knowledge you have to learn and remember. You have to use resources to perform your job properly and used good judgement as well as due diligence.
They conduct interview to see your tax experience. The interview is in-person. There is really no experience necessary. It helps if you have prepared taxes before. It is an easy interview. They you will take tax class.
