I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at JE Dunn Construction (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2023
Interview
The interview process was great. It was a two-day process where we learned about the company on the first day, and on the second day we had interviews with breaks in between. Overall I thought the process was very informational and helped me get a deeper understanding of JE Dunn.
-A series of interviews with around 3 people per interview
-Asked a ton of personality questions and situational questions
-Asked questions like "What would you do in a situation where there is an irate trade partner and they come to you with there problem"
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at JE Dunn Construction (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2024
Interview
Very friendly and welcoming interview team. It was a pretty extensive interview project, multiple rounds with the different teams I would be collaborating with. I had an interview with the recruiter first, then I believe one with a dept lead. The in-person was the the Atlanta office and was around a half day. Although I didn't get the position, they were a very pleasant bunch to deal with.
The interview was 2 parts. The first part was with two younger employees who gave me the day-to-day duties and what it is like to work at the company. The second part was more of a senior panel, and they asked typical interview questions not specific to the job.
