After applying online, there was a telephonic interview. When I passed the telephonic interview, I was invited for an assessment day. After that, there was an insight Evening. The final stge was a video interview

Why JP Morgan and why this apprenticeship? How I got interested in tech? Why tech in a finance company? Why Bournemouth? What does JP morgan do? Biggest challenge and how I overcame it?
Two team manager will hold a personal interview. The interviewer is nice and friendly. It is a good opportunity to try it .it is very good. I think if u have prepare well , it is not hard to pass

Interview
virtual interviews - 2 different ones asking motivation questions, skills based questions and competencies.
each one was about half an hour long and there was lots of follow up questions so be prepared for that too.
Some technical questions but not really a lot
Questions were not inclusive (relating to food) Did not appreciate those elements of the process at all. The rest was fairly standard and as expected, nothing too challenging and similar to that off other apprentice interview experiences.
