Very laid back. Asked a couple questions about previous work experience and then just gave a brief description of the role. Conversation was very casual and really didn’t feel like a typical interview at all.

Easy, phone call then in-person. You basically just answer personality questions and give basic experience to show you can interact with customers professionally. Then, they will detail what you can expect in terms of pay and work schedule.

I was asked questions about my retail experience and style preferences. Overall it felt pretty casual and I was told on the spot that I would get the job. It was my first retail job (previously worked in food service/was finishing school).
