Worst experience for ixia solutions , i have done round of interview with positive feedback but after hr not receiving call even not replying any mail.. I found very bad process about ixia company.

multiple round for same technology, waiting time is more... may goes more than half day..
All discussion regarding notice period and salary expected was happen before interview schedule... and I was cleared all round .. shortlisted for the desire role, and finally they again want to negotiate salary.. offering very less than expected.
