Great, fast and easy going. No tough questions and quite casual, Very quick turnaround and they just want to know you’re not a weirdo, and have possibly seen a cup of coffee before.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at It's A Grind (Keller, TX)
Interview
The store was just opening up in Keller. I saw the AD in the paper and contacted the owner to set up an interview. It was very easy-going and relaxed, which I liked. I heard back from the owner shortly after that and came in for training with all the other new employees. It was fun and exciting. Learning the recipes was easy!
I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at It's A Grind (Houston, TX) in Nov 2011
Interview
The hiring and interviewing process was friendly and personable. The owner contacted me soon after receiving my resume and application , and we sat down for a brief and amicable conversation before he offered me the job. I also met with his wife, who worked alongside him to manage the coffee house.
