2 Rounds Round 1 - QA director from US interviewed me. 1 hour. Round 2 - 3 Directors - from US interviewed me. 3 hours. I walked off this round because I felt its not worth my time. They asked questions from basics of testing but are not easily convinced with whatever I said. They want a certain answer and they grilled me with follow up questions until I gave them the answer they need! If I don't, there is awkward silence. I definitely don't think that's relevant way to be interviewed. There was one interviewer who has 20 years of experience and mentioned himself as one of the director. He basically likes to derive sadistic pleasure in proving that the interviewee doesn't know what they've answered. I really don't know if they are sure about the way they interview people. Definitely no company interviews someone for 3 hours to decide whether to take them or not. Not atleast for someone who has less than 10 years of experience. I patiently answered them for one and half hour before deciding to save my other one and half hour of my life. Worthless is what they made me feel. I attended many interviews so far and never felt so depressed after this one. And finally I said that I don't want to continue anymore and walking out. You can do whatever you wish 😜 If you are reading this and don't believe in what I have said, go attend yourself and all the best 😄 I totally believe this is the MOST TOXIC environment I ever faced in my life. Thanks to my gut, I have saved myself from these people and their NON SMILING attitude 😄 Felt like typing all this to the interview invitation email from HR. But later felt Glassdoor and ambitionbox would be better places to let everyone know about what I went through!! questions are really basic and anyone can answer the main problem is with the attitude the panel shows while we answer i even saw one of them saying uff when I was answering, clearly shows he is kind of frustrated 🥴 to what I say. In that case he would have clearly told me thank you but no he continues to ask more and more questions!! Thanks for patiently reading through my text
