I applied online. I interviewed at Intelex Technologies
Interview
Phone Screen, 3hr on-site interview.
Recruiter was very helpful/thorough/responsive at the beginning. Went for 3hr on-site interview. Sent follow-up e-mail to recruiter who ghosted me. Received automated e-mail from ATS 3 weeks after on-site interview informing me I was unsuccessful.
Honestly, this company sucks, show candidates some respect when they take hours of their time to show up at your offices.
It was okay, but not too difficult. Asked questions about company and work culture and they answered. Shared values and salary range with me. Discussed next steps and what to expect in the process. The HR reached out first for a phone call interview.
I receive calls every year for a Project Manager role. During the general interview, I inquired about my expected salary, but later received an email stating they couldn't move forward with my application.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intelex Technologies (Toronto, ON) in Sept 2021
Interview
First interview was with Talent Acquisition and was conducted with professionalism and kindness. The second interview was a video interview where I got to meet the team lead and two members I would be working with and they got to ask me questions about my experience and how I would handle specific situations. Again, the team made me feel welcome and very comfortable. The third and final interview is with the department Director is still pending.
