I had a phone screen that was about 10 minutes. I was then asked to come into the office for an interview. I interviewed with about 5 different people in multiple groups back to back. I then toured some of the labs. manufacturing, and office space.

the interview was a typical HR interview. the questions were the common HR questions. the interview was not for a specific position level so the questions were super general.
