I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Insight Global (San Diego, CA) in Dec 2015
Interview
I was contacted via LinkedIn by a recruiter. We set up a phone interview for the following morning. The agreed time came around and I had not heard from her. Fast forward a few hours later and I finally received a call, apparently she had a busy morning and completely forgot and asked if I had time then. I thought ok thats fine things happen lets do this. The phone interview went well and they invited me in that Friday for an in person interview. I showed up to their downtown office a few minutes early and was seated in an interview room. The recruiter showed up a few minutes later and we talked and she asked her questions for about 45 minutes. I thought she was very professional and helpful. She explained that next she would bring in 1 or 2 account managers who would also be interviewing me. The first account manager showed up shortly and we had a brief 15 minute discussion, it went well from my point of view. The next part that sort of irritated me is that after he left to retrieve the second account manager, she did not show up for THIRTY MINUTES. Thats insane, I almost left. Eventually the recruiter came back and apologized and said there had been a mix up and sent the account manager right in. The 2nd one kept it short and sweet to 5 minutes and was very friendly. I left and heard back a week later that I had no offer. Overall, not a bad experience though.
I was messaged by a recruiter on linkedin and had a phone call with her, and then was set up with a first round interview with one of the sales managers for the office I applied for. In this interview I found the questions asked to be very strangely worded for it to be a sales job.
The interview process was long, it consisted of a lot of phone calls with the recruiter prepping you for the interviews. The in person interview felt very calculated and fake. Although I’m sure the managers meant well you could tell they were very judgmental. I’ve also heard awful things about this company so I think it was a blessing. Good luck though!

Began with a 15 minute warmer call with a recruiter to then schedule a 45 minute call with the recruiter, then either an in-person or online interview with hiring manager, and then last interview with manager.
