Interview
Had a great conversation with the owner on the phone so they invited me to a on-site interview. Not such a great experience in person though. It is a very small company with about 5 employees? They didn't really ask me many questions about my qualifications. Rather, they kept talking about the company, the stuff they do, what their expectations for the candidate were, etc. The vibe was kind of strange which made me a little uncomfortable. I felt they were not really interested for some reason. And they were looking for someone who they felt comfortable working with rather than someone who was qualified I guess, since this was an entry level job anyways? Which makes sense.
