Innophos interview questions

In-Person Interview with 2 individuals. Formal, yet easy-going. Very friendly people. You can expect to be there for about an hour. Once the interview is over, you can expect a call/offer within a week or so.

Was contacted by the recruiter and soon after had a phone screen. She advised my information was being sent to the hiring manager. The recruiter mentioned she had sent a few over to the hiring manager but had not heard back in a week- red flag! It's been three weeks and I haven't heard back.
