We met over a video chat due to Covid. Interview was straightforward and laid back. They wanted to know about my experience as an RBT, about me, and flexibility. They offered me a job almost immediately.

Interview
Very straight to the point. They want to know if you have any experience working with children and how you would respond to kids with intellectual disabilities. They’ll also ask why you like working with children.
30 min phone call with lots of questions. Asked what i was looking for and why i wanted this job. What my background is for a job like this. Then allowed me to ask questions after.
The interview felt natural and was very easy to communicate with the interviewing BCBA. Be prepared to be knowledgeable and asked questions about your knowledge. They really love individuals who take lead and is confident in what they are doing.
