I interviewed at InBloom Autism Services (Orlando, FL)
Interview
I communicated with Jena to set up a screening call to discuss my experience, the types of benefits I was seeking, and my availability. Following the confirmation that I was a good fit for the company, I set up a date and time to go into the center to have a thorough interview. Interview questions were based on years of experience in the field, what type of cases (easy going to - severe) and ages I have experience with and ages I’m open to working with. We discussed the typical strengths and weaknesses questions and how I would handle certain situations. We discussed if I was credentialed with Medicaid and if I’m familiar with the process of being an RBT. I believe I also took a pre-test (baseline) that would determine my knowledge of the ABA field and determine from the beginning how much support I would need once I started the job. After the conclusion, I received an offer by the day or early the next day.
