I only had the phone interview. The interviewer was super focused about how my previous job positions had any similarities with the job position that I was interviewing for. Literally, she went through each previous job position and asked if I did anything similar to the job position that I was interviewing for. Two weeks after the phone interview, I was informed that someone else got the job offer. It honestly felt like a waste of time.
