I applied for in n out online and process took 3-4 weeks. They asked me questions about why do you want to work here and weakness. Did all the basics but still no results. It’s also too competitive with over 75 applicants probably even more for just one position. I don’t think these simple jobs should competitive in my opinion. Well I only say the best hope is to have great luck in job search.
The interview process was pretty easy, they wanna make sure you smile and that you can treat customers well. They also look for if you are well groomed and ultimately, if you are someone who can articulate yourself well.

It was pretty good, though they made me wait a bit long. I got in and they asked me about myself and past experiences. They asked about my availability and why would Iw want to work at this company.

it was cool honestly... i enjoyed the whole process of it. they usually just ask simple questions and let you share genuinely. i was dissapointed with the follow up process
