Interview
There are a couple different rounds: it starts with submitting a resume and cover letter on their website. Then, there will be a first round with either an existing organizer or an impact "employee". The second round is a group interview, after which they take up to two weeks to get back with an offer. If you missed all group interviews for the year (like me), they do a 1-on-1 in person with you.

Interview
Two phone interviews with different members of their staff positioned in different areas across the country, looking to gauge how one works and what issues they cover were personally important to the candidate.

What is one policy issue area you find to be particularly important?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Impact
Interview
I was contacted by a campus recruiter and we spoke a few times. I filled out the online application and was contacted shortly after. We arranged to meet for the first round interview, which went well. I was offered a second round interview in a nearby major city, which involves a full day of training and group interviews (haven't gone yet). Be careful--the acceptance email they send you asks that you send a specific writing sample within 24 hours.
