The interview process for this data contract role was characterized by inconsistent communication from the start. After I followed the provided link to schedule the interview and confirmed via email, I received no acknowledgment of my response. Later, I was contacted with an update that the compensation which was originally listed as a range in the job description had been finalized at a specific fixed hourly rate. I was also informed at this stage that the position was a temporary contract. Although I promptly confirmed that I was comfortable with these terms, this message also went unacknowledged. I eventually moved forward with a 60-minute technical and behavioral discussion with the hiring manager, covering BI projects and data problem-solving. However, following that session, the communication dropped off entirely. Despite sending a professional follow-up email to the recruiting partner, I have not received an update or a final decision.
