First I had a chat with a HR person and then was given a design exercise. Later an interview with a lead designer and another designer. I felt the interview questions were on point and the atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. There was time to ask questions about the job and the company. I was not offered a job and only got some very general answer after some time had passed. I emailed back asking for feedback and did not get any answer. I felt that was a bit rude. After taking time to do the exercise and coming for two interviews, the least they could do would be to answer.
