Interview
The process was exceptionally quick and very easy. The recruiter was okay, not that great (seems to be a trend). The hiring manager was very easy to talk to. The panel interview with other managers was with two people who had no idea what my responsibilities were. Everyone besides the recruiter spent a majority of the interview selling me on the company. The process was very conversational, and not that difficult.

Interview
Applied online and got a call from HR. Their interviewing process did not stand out too much, stereotypical questions. HR contacted me again for a date to interview with the hiring manager. The date was confirmed and on the given day no one called me. Called HR, no answer, left a voicemail. Wrote an email to HR - no answer. I guess this is what they call corporate ghosting, or just simply disrespect towards applicants.

Nothing out of the ordinary, but I realized there are discrepancies between the online job description and the actual job.

The method was a phone screen process that took about thirty minutes. The call was with one of the company's newer employees. It was very dry and felt non-personal with the scripted questions.
