Interview was long and mostly legal notices and very little information on what the actual job entails . They read for almost 45 mins you had to take tons of notes and them pretty much read its all back to them.

You literally had to repeat everything that was read to you back to them, They read for almost 45mins.
Applied to this position, waiting 3 months and received an eligible email and 3 weeks later received a referred status, and then received an offer for a position. Needed to complete a background check and then finger printing.

Interview
For a lot of lower entry-level positions, the Internal Revenue Service does not have an interview set in their hiring process. I guess it just takes up too much time.
