Interview
First, I had a screen interview by HR "walk me through your resume" type. Then, I received another call from another HR person and went into more detail, examples, etc.
I have a third and fourth phone interview with the hiring managers and then another HR interview. This last one was tougher. Questions were behavioral.
Then, a 5th phone interview with another hiring manager. The questions on this last one were more on the actual position and past experience relevant to the position.

Interviewer stood me up. I emailed afte our interview time and asked if she needed to reschedule and then sat around by my phone in case there was a mistake in time zones. She never never reached out again. I dodged a bullet there, if this is the level of respect they show people.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at IRI (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The process took a long time. After the interview it was months before I had a final offer. There was a phone interview as well as an in person interview with the company. I also had to return for an interview with the end client.
