Interview
Standard procedure. Applied online, then an online test followed, then 2 assessment centres. The atmosphere in both offices, London and Portsmouth, was relaxed and calm. The process was involving mostly group exercises although there were a couple of individual assignments. It was obvious that the process was a routine for them and that everybody from the staff knew what they were doing.

What is your experience of the technology sector? What programming languages do you know? That was a surprise because I have applied for the business part of the job and not the technology.
