First you get a simple phone interview. Then go on-line test if you pass the first interview. If you pass the on-line test, you will be offered to have an interview with IBM HR. If everything goes well, you will have a final interview with a Senior Manager. Because it is an intern application, so the questions will focus on your attitude to a job. Not too much technique questions are involved.
