I submitted my application and was contacted by the HR manager for an interview approximately one to two weeks later. The interview process was engaging and conducted virtually in a face-to-face format. I conducted an interview with the HR manager and the direct supervisor. The questions were straightforward, and the interviewers allowed sufficient time to provide thoughtful and thorough responses. Despite some mixed reviews about the organization, I remained optimistic about the opportunity. However, after completing the interview process, I did not receive any follow-up communication regarding the outcome of my interview.
