The first round was techinical aptitude round, brushing up on basic aptitude, english questions and few fundamentals of the it/cse core subject, next was group discussion and finally the interview round
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
DSA problems, from the leetcode itself, medium level questions, basically, sliding window problem and sub string array
Round 1 – Fundamentals (30–40 mins)
Mcqs based on cs fundamentals and aptitude. Speed didn't matter but there was negative marking, +3 for right and -2 for wrong answers. Around 250+ were selected for next round.
Round 2 – DSA (30–40 mins)
2 leetcode medium-hard dsa questions. Only 60 ppl got shortlisted.
Round 3 – Machine Coding
This was a unique experience. We were expected to build a modular solution for a backend problem using any language and IDE we were comfortable with (everything from scratch and without internet)
Finally 20 got shortlisted for interview.
Round 4 – Interview
They asked about past projects and 2 dsa question. Along with sql, we discussed few business problem solving questions.
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hyperface (Bengaluru)
Interview
Brutal with 5-6 rounds including OA's and interviews and machine coding , topics include DSA , System design , Aptitude , RESTful API's and Database management systems (SQL and NoSQL)
