Initial communication is through an automated interview with predetermined questions. Followed up with 4 more phone interviews, climbing the hiring ladder. Talked with program managers, division managers, assistant director and overall director. Communication is clear as to what to expect before each interview and they immediately told me if I was moving on to more interviews. Followed up my last interview with an email thanking them and received a reply with good news of an offer coming.

Became interested in the position and applied for the job through a recruiting firm. Phone interview with recruiting firm describing PM experience and Agile experience. Face to face with hiring manager who was very friendly and informative. Felt that things went smoothly and nothing out of the ordinary.
