I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Human Made (Matlock, England) in May 2021
Interview
Interesting interview process. Definitely not automated which I enjoyed. At first an email with questions suitable for the given role were provided. The questions were situational more or less. The next stage is a meeting with a senior and/or director. It should be a technical interview, but it was fairly informal. Sharing experiences and Q&A. The most interesting bit is the task given, which is the last stage prior to an offer.

Question 1
When needing to implement a solution, do you write it as Infrastructure-as-Code, modify via the Console/CLI, or something else?
The people I interviewed with were friendly and nice. They asked some good questions. They were easy to talk to and not super intimidating. And it wasn’t a long, drawn out process with a million interviews which I appreciated
The interview was fully remote and very organised and structured with three interviewees taking turns to ask scripted questions, there were no other probing questions outside of their script I think
