Phone screening interview was done initially by recruiter. It was then followed by two rounds of in-person interviews with individuals in various levels in the organization, mostly Project managers and Vice presidents. Style of interviewing was mainly behavioral interview and very relaxed- focused on fit for the organization and interpersonal skills and management styles.

I had three interview rounds and I felt like the process moved quickly. One round was with an HR representative and the next was the manager that my role reports to. I was also interviewed by her counterpart.
Great. There were a lot of questions and very informative. I would like to get the job, but the Human Resources person seemed disorganized which was not that fun. Hopefully they will get back to me soon.

Multiple interview touchpoints. Background check and health sreenings required. Overall experience is normal. HR recruiters are very helpful. Response time can be a little slow, however once you receive your job offer things progress quickly.
