I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Houchens
Interview
It was a strange experience. I went through a total of three interviews; each was odd in its own way. They didn't really ask any questions for the first two interviews and just told me a lot about themselves. In the third interview, though, a higher-up executive grilled me with some hard--and at times rude--questions for about an hour and a half. He really liked me and I got the job, but the interview was strange and uncomfortable--much like working there was.
