Interview
First phone interview, then interview with the manager of the team, then with the whole team. People on the team are very nice and friendly, questions were easy. However, there was no communication whatsoever even after the 3 rounds of interviews! HR completely ignored all follow up emails. When a candidate invests so much time coming to the office twice and doesn't hear back at all, it leaves a very negative impression.
Phone interview and HQ interview. Questions were general questions about real estate experience and overall customer experience. Not a difficult interview process. As long as you have your license and experience, you should be fine answering all of their questions.

Recruiter emailed requesting a phone interview on Tuesday the following week at "1:40 p.m." PST. I responded to the recruiter's email within less than an hour to confirm the day and time but never received a response.
The day of the interview, the recruiter never called. Very unprofessional recruiting process.
