Initially we meet in June for an interview with three funders at a local Baltimore restaurant. The one of the funders, the Director, showed up 45 minuets late. The "interview" was more of them talking about business amongst themselves and a few questions about why I wanted to work for them. I meet with them two more times at the same location before they offered me the job.
