1:1 interview and group interview, held group interview in a classroom and gave us questions about how we would rank situations. We had to work together to come up with our final ranking

Interview
The interview was with two members of the Office of Student Life, and was around 15 minutes long. Afterwards, I asked for feedback and one of the two interviewers offered to meet in person to go over it, which I found extremely helpful.

They gave a list of multiple issues happening at once, and asked what order you would complete them.
In person and group interview testing your leadership skills and how you would react in a stressful situation. After the interview they email you if you get the job and assign you to a community.
